this project was asked as the solar panel installers made some tiny cracks in the existing tiles.
But on the job got noticed that another problem appeared ....a large crack ok the concrete edge must have caused the water.
The ideal is to replace the broken tiles but this means all has to be broken up from the begin.
that why git decided of using PU sealant.
After application of PU sealant. And primer.. the ceramic tiles got painted.
Then the other roof of the office.
We applied primer ( Aquadur Epoxy based).
Neoproof PU W was the used paint.
